Busy Day

I have been busy tonight with computer problems on my PC. It is no big deal; somehow the Internet connection is lost, though I have it on my lap top. I have to get my tech guy over here tomorrow, because my accountant needs some information, which is stored on my PC, and I cannot email from the PC.

Andy Stanley is on TV on Sunday mornings at 10:00 on FamilyNet. It is called North Point TV and he speaks for 30 minutes. I am assuming this channel is available through Direct TV, which I don't have. I am enjoying his sermons, though they are more geared for new Christians or people who are not yet saved. Because I love apologetics, I appreciate how he is such a good apologist, giving a ready defense for the Gospel to those who do not believe.

"What is the greatest source of power in my life? Is it my work, service, and sacrifice for others, or is it my striving to work for God? It should be none of these--what ought to exert the greatest power in my life is the atonement of the Lord. It is not on what we spend the greatest amount of time that molds us most, but whatever exerts the most power over us...The disciple who abides in Jesus is the will of God, and what appears to be his free choices are actually God's foreordained decrees." --Oswald Chambers, June 7
