Update

"Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness...But I know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the Lord will hear when I call unto Him...Thou hast put gladness in my heart..." Psalm 4

I had a great time late last night reading the Bible. Then I prayed to God about everything in my life, realizing that He has a purpose and perfect timing for all things. I started a new song in praise to God for His faithfulness late last night...

I am behind on blog posts. Tomorrow, or late tonight, I will be posting about Angola prison, as we plan to do ongoing work there.

I am preparing for my next trip to the Rio Grande Valley to meet with leaders of the outreach there and work with them at the table ministry. We are also showing a DVD at their church the Sunday I will be with them. (I cancelled my trip to LA next week to save money; Mike and Eileen are planning on setting up at Venice Beach on Oct. 31, and an update with photos will follow.)

It has been another rainy day here in Atlanta. Next week, I will drive out to "Little Five Points", an area where we can possibly begin a new outreach. I will take photos and be in touch by the blog.

We may be expanding to partner with a table outreach of apologetics in Canada. More details will soon follow...

We have a new web site designer, and I have been working on getting details to him here in Atlanta. This will require many hours of my time to get us caught up on the web site.

I think we have a new bookkeeper! This is an answer to prayer. I should have this confirmed in the next few days.

I am reminded that God saved me to have my heart. Having Him live in me is such an honor, and it is a joy to know Him with all of my heart. Many people 'believe' in God, but having a relationship with Him as my Friend is the greatest gift of my life.

So, when there is more work to do than I can get done in a day, I remember that my first ministry is TO God--to LIVE for Him and enjoy Him as He lives in my heart to stay.

"My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto Thee and will look up." Psalm 5:3

In His faithfulness,
Dwayna
