Sweet Hour of Prayer

"If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me." Luke 9:23

I love my church, First Baptist Atlanta, so much. It is old-fashioned in that everyone brings his or her Bible and reads from it! :-) Seriously, the Lord always speaks to my heart through the sermons and the fellowship with other Christians.

After church, I had a sweet time in prayer all alone with God, in one of the vacant Sunday School rooms. I plan to set a time daily to continue to fight my battles down on my knees. I have a lot of work before me to get this new outreach off the ground here in Atlanta. What a privilege to know Jesus on the front lines and see Him defeating Satan in my life time and time again.
