We had so much fun singing hymns at Brookdale Senior Living, as we sang hymns and read the Bible to the seniors living there. The place was filled with Christians, as they knew the words by memory and sang along to hymns like "The Old Rugged Cross," "All The Way My Savior Leads Me" and "What A Friend We Have In Jesus."
Jordan, my five year old niece sang with me.
Her favorite was The Battle Hymn (or, as she calls it,
'Glory, Glory Hallelujah' :-)
Jake, my 7 year old nephew, read 1 John 4:8 and 1 John 4:19 to the people. "God is love...We love Him, because He first loved us."
Luke, my 9 year old nephew, took the photos and read the 23rd Psalm.
