Church of the Apostles in Atlanta

I attended Church of the Apostles today. Before anyone misunderstands I wanted to explain that I love First Baptist Atlanta and Charles Stanley and left with tears, because of my love for that church and the people there. After 6 months of being a member and attempting to get in touch with the pastor in charge of evangelism with not one single reply, I finally spoke with him in person. He told me that he had no time to know about the ministry I do or read any of my email newsletters. I made several attempts to meet with Dr. Stanley, and that never worked out, so I was really left with no choice but to move to another church. We work WITH churches in every location of outreach. I certainly want to be working with my home church in evangelism concerning our outreach in Little Five Points. It was so nice to shake Michael Youssef's hand and get to know him a little after the service today, as well as be able to meet the pastor in charge of evangelism with no problem.

The sermons are very sound from Dr. Youssef. As a matter of fact, we give out Michael Youssef's sermon on The Shack in all of our outreach locations in America. We ended the service with some old songs I was raised singing: "When The Roll Is Called Up Yonder" and "Soon And Very Soon." It is in my neighborhood, and I look forward to attending Church of the Apostles more.
