Still Learning from Carl Jung

This is a man who had so much aversion for God and the Bible that he mocked even Alcoholics Anonymous for teaching that we need God. I am learning from more than one source as I research that his spirituality was extremely gnostic as he taught his devotees that they were gods. Perhaps what I am appreciating the most is that it is reported that he RUINED THE LIFE OF HIS WIFE AND HIS MAIN MISTRESS AND WAS COLD AND INSENSITIVE TOWARD HIS OTHER MISTRESSES. But it was not always that way I am sure. Satan never tells you what these deceiving spirits will do to you in the end when the enemy strikes.

I am sure Jung knew how to really court his wife, realizing from a pscyhological standpoint what she "needed" to hear to get her under his control. Having no spiritual foundation based on the Bible, I am sure, she chose to make him her god, which suited him just fine. The same goes for the affairs. The woman felt special and loved, only to have their lives ruined in the end.

Despite how the Bible forbids praying to the dead, Carl Jung prayed to the dead on a regular basis (in his "Seven Sermons to the Dead" for instance.) Look what happened to him. The more he disobeyed God, the more wretched he became. Despite how he tried to hide it and deceive, book after book and Internet link after Internet link report what a horrible person he was.

I read stories like this, and I am so thankful for Jesus. No, it is not easy being a Christian, but it is a lot easier than going Satan's way.
