More Verses on Hell--Are Lost Souls Comfortable There?

Mark 8:28: “to torment us before our time” [caveat: The demons tell Jesus to not torment them before their time. Even demons believe in hell and know a Judgment Day is coming.]

Mark 9:43: “…to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched. Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.” [Jesus warns of hell]

2 Peter 2:4, 9: “For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment...then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment."

2 Peter 2:17: “These are wells without water, clouds carried by a tempest, to whom the mist of darkness is reserved forever."

Matthew 5:29, 30: “...than whole body be cast into hell.” [Jesus warns of hell--Jesus does not even say the soul; He says the "whole body" will be cast into hell.]

Ezek. 32:24: “...who have gone down into the nether parts of the earth…yet have they borne their shame with them that go down to the pit.”

Jude 7: “...suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”

Rev. 21:8: “but the fearful and unbelieving and the abominable and murderers and whoremongers and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars shall have their part appointed in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone.”

Job 27:19-20: “The rich man will lie down but not be gathered up. He opens his eyes and he is no more. Terrors overtake him like a flood; a tempest steals him away..."

Psalm 55:4: “…the terrors of death are fallen upon me.”
