I have had another busy day. I went to the doctor today and called Anthony, a man who usually works with me in outreach at Little Five Points, from the doctor's office. I was wondering whether or not I should set up the outreach tomorrow with a slight cold. Anthony offered to lead it for me. I met him at the storage unit after my appointment and gave him a key to the unit. He is going to lead the outreach tomorrow, and I am going to stay home and rest and work from home.
I ended up working for quite a while in the storage unit to clear out some things and organize everything, realizing Anthony would now be leading the outreach when I cannot be there. This is such an answer to prayer to have Anthony lead when I am not available.
The storage unit was very hot, so it was draining. It needed to be more organized, though. I also gathered everything we will need for the new outreach to the University of TN campus next week in Knoxville and left with my car packed.
I am sending out a letter tonight by email to everyone who works the Atlanta outreach with me to let them know they can contact Anthony and set up the outreach with him tomorrow. Then, I plan to work more on the compilation of research links for the new web site, byGodsgrace.org, to be given out in all of our outreach locations.
I will post the links on the blog when I am done to let everyone know the progress we are making on the new site. This is the bulk of the site, so when this is done most of the work will be done; however, I have to write the text for most of the other pages, so I am not sure when it will all be completed. I am working on this daily. It is very, very exciting to me!
Tomorrow I will be posting another update from "LTW to the Smokies," our table outreach to tourists of the Smoky Mountain National Park. I also got in an update from Guadalajara, which I need to post, so there is much more to come!
