Many of the guys were open to discussion and seemed sincere in asking questions in hope of finding answers. They did not speak with lesbians last night, from what I understand, but many men stopped to take materials and have conversations about homosexuality, what the Bible teaches, and how there is no scientific support for a "gay gene." Change is possible, as our CDs of testimonies signify. All materials on our table are free to point people to the pure love of God. With permission from the person, our team gladly reads someone struggling with gender confusion verses from the Bible (like Romans 1, 1 Cor. 6:9-11 and 1 Timothy 1:10). Of course, the first step is to offer the person a relationship with Jesus through the Gospel, but the person has to agree that Jesus is pure...so it is necessary in this postmodern culture to define who God is and what it means to have a relationship with God based on His grace and mercy, who requires people to worship to Him in Spirit and truth.

LTW: West Hollywood Outreach
Dan and Mike and Eileen set up last night in West Hollywood. They were very busy with many stopping on their way to the "gay" bars. Dan was thankful that it was really no harder than usual since the overturn of Prop 8. (Sorry for the poor quality of photos. They were taken from a cell phone last night.)
