Scriptures on hell and the Trinity for "Chicago Bible Students"

“Chicago Bible Students” don’t believe in hell and only believe “Jehovah” is God, not Jesus or the Holy Spirit. Here are some verses to consider which warn of hell and teach that the God of the Bible is a God in three Persons-- the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It should be no surprise they recommend God's Great Design for the Ages, a book by Charles Taze Russell, founder of Jehovah's Witnesses.

VERSES TO PROVE JESUS IS GOD

Exodus 3:14 – John 8:58 – John 10:30
Isaiah 44:6 – Rev. 1:8, 17-18
Isaiah 43:10b – Rev. 22:13-16
Hebrews 1:5,6,8 – Luke 4:8

VERSES ON HELL

Jesus warned of the lost, the “whole body will be cast into hell.” Matthew 5:29,30

“And fear not them who kill the body, but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both body and soul in hell.” Matthew 10:28

“Whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Revelation 20:15

“The Lord destroyed them who believed not.” Jude 5

“Suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” Jude 7

“But the fearful and unbelieving and the abominable and murderers and whoremongers and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire which burneth with fire and brimstone.” Revelation 21:8
